The company was originally incorporated as 'Aakash Exploration Services Private Limited' on January 17, 2007 under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Subsequently, The Company was converted in to a public company and consequently name was changed to “Aakash Exploration Services Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 08, 2017 issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.

The company is a national group of Oil and Gas Field Services with a staff of more than 250 employees and operating in more than 7 states of India.

Business area of the company

The company is providing Oil and Gas field Services to M/S Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (A Govt. of India Company), Ahmedabad, Mehsana and Hazira Projects and also providing similar services to private oil field operators namely GSPCL, Cairn, Essar, Great Eastern Energy, IOC, Niko, OIL, Price Petroleum etc to their extreme satisfaction.

Awards and Recognition

• The company got a 'Certificate of Commitment' from Central Vigilance Commission for adopting the integrity pledge and for committing to uphold highest standard of integrity and good governance and to follow ethical practices in conducting its activities on November 4, 2017. 
  
• The company employees received Safety Appreciation Award at Cairn Barmer, continuously three times. They are the only service provider who's employee got hattric award for above mentioned category for the month January-2017, Feburary-2017 and March-2017.
  
• They got Award From Essar Oil Limited for Best Performing Rig for the year 2015-16 on June 17, 2016.
