• 1999 - ABC India Ltd. began operations of Total Logistics package for MCC PTA INDIA Corp. Private Limited through NALL. 
• 1999 - ABC India Ltd. entered into a joint venture agreement with Nissin Corporation Limited of Japan and launched the first service sector joint venture company Nissin ABC Logistics Private Limited (NALL). 
• 1997 - ABC India Ltd. added international door-to-door service for the movement of household goods to its assortment of services with training from Nissin Corporation of Japan. 
• 1996 - ABCO Lines began providing service through a single document to all global destinations using varied means of transportation. 
• 1994 - ABC India Ltd. attained IATA affiliation for the Air Freight Forwarding and also became members of FIATA with agents all over the world. 
• 1993 - ABCO Lines, a division of ABC India Ltd., became one of the first Indian multi-modal transport operator registered under the Multi-modal Transport Of Goods Act. 
• 1987 - ABC India Ltd. began handling turnkey projects, representing a comprehensive range of services including port handling, co-ordinating, customs clearing, transportation and site handling. 
• 1986 - ABC India Ltd. launched its project division to handle over dimensional cargo and over weight cargo with the initial acquisition of 5 Goldhoffer Multi-Axle Trailers, 2 MAN Prime Movers and other special equipment's from West Germany. 
• 1980 - Assam Bengal Carriers Limited was renamed ABC India Ltd to reflect its increased presence throughout India. 
• 1973 - Assam Bengal Carriers Limited became the first Indian transport company to be listed on any Indian stock exchange by being listed on the Kolkata Stock Exchange. 
• 1972 - Assam Bengal Carriers Limited was incorporated under the Companies Act of 1956. 
• 1963 - ABC India Ltd started its operations in North-Eastern India as Assam Bengal Carriers with branches at Kolkata, Guwahati and Siliguri.
