The company was originally incorporated at Chandigarh as ‘Ajooni Biotech Private Limited’ on February 17, 2010 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh. Consequent upon the conversion of the company to public limited company, the name of the company was changed to ‘Ajooni Biotech Limited’ and fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 27, 2017 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab & Chandigarh at Chandigarh.

The company is engaged in manufacturing, producing, processing and supplying of Cattle feed, Nutrients related to cattle feed and manufacturing & production of Animal health care supplements. They are registered with Department of Industries, Govt. of Punjab as Small Scale Industry (SSI) and also registered with Department of Dairy Development, Govt of Punjab. They have entered into an Agreement with Patanjali Gramudyog Nyas, Haridwar (Patanjali) (a unit of Yog Guru Baba Ramdev) for manufacturing of Cattle feed and Distribution of Cattle feed and feed supplements in their brand of Patanjali with 100% buy back arrangement for supplies in the states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, some parts of Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana and Rajasthan.

• 2015: Entered into business agreement with Patanjali Gramudyog Nayas, Maharishi Dayanand Gram (Haridwar).
• 2016: Change of Registered office from Union Terriotory of Chandigarh to State of Punjab.
• 2017: Acquisition of Trademarks from Ishneet Kaur vide agreement dated 4th September, 2017.
• 2017: Conversion of the company into Public Limited Company.
