History and milestones

• 2019: Alankit’s wholly owned subsidiaries received board’s approval for scheme of arrangement inter-se pursuant to which Europlus Financial Services and Euro Global Brokers will merge into Alankit Technologies.
• 2019: Alankit’s subsidiary -- Verasys Technologies entered into the electronic signature space to provide secure e-Sign service under the brand name Vsign. 
• 2020: Alankit Imaginations, a subsidiary of e-governance service provider Alankit, unveiled a new service that would allow Indians to start investing and trading in multiple global markets starting with the United States (US).
• 2020: It entered into a partnership with IDP, an industry leader in innovative identification card printer technology.
• 2020: Alankit entered into a 'Business Correspondent Agreement' with the IDBI Bank to act as a Corporate Business Correspondent (BC) for providing individual BC agents (BCA)/Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) at Sub Service Area (SSAs)/other identified locations of IDBI Bank.
• 2021: Alankit’s subsidiary -- Alankit Imaginations tied-up with Digital Swiss Gold (DSG) that will allow individuals to transact in gold digitally in Switzerland.
