Alufluoride started a project in 1993 for producing Aluminium Fluoride. The project was completed in record time at a cost of Rs 20 crore. Trial runs commenced in November 1994 and production of high quality commenced during December 1994. Supplies started immediately thereafter to primary aluminium smelters. The company increased production year after year at high quality standards.
