ANB Metal Cast Limited was originally incorporated on March 7, 2019 under the name ‘ANB Metal Cast Private Limited’ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Certificate of Incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by its Shareholders in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 24, 2024, the company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of the company was changed to ‘ANB Metal Cast Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 6, 2024 was issued to the company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.

• 2020: Purchased aluminium Extrusion Press of 1400 Tons and 650 Tons Capacity.
