Further, the company was converted into a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders held on February 09, 2024, and the name of the company was changed to ‘ARMOUR SECURITY (INDIA). LTD.’, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 03, 2024 was issued to the company by the RoC, Central Processing Centre.
