Kadvani Securities company was originally incorporated as private limited company in the name of Kadvani Investments Private Limited on April 29, 1992. The company was converted into a public limited company on November 10, 1994. Subsequently the name of the company was changed to Kadvani Securities on December 7, 1994.

The company was initially set-up with the object of trading in shares and securities and to serve to the retail investors. The company operates through Kishor L. Kadvani, a Member of the Saurashtra Kutch Stock Exchange and one of the Directors of the Company. The company was one of the Leading Brokers in the Saurashtra region with a customer base of 2000 clients spread across Rajkot, Jamnagar and Gondal. The company was the first in the region to have received Registration from Reserve Bank of India as a Registered Non Banking Finance Company.

With the advent of Information Technology and the liberalization in the Indian economy it was necessary to change with the moving times to remain ahead. The company has been able to take this opportunity and has set up a full fledged IT division under the banner ‘Kadvani I-Tech’
