ATN International was established in the year 1983 as private limited company under the name of Arihant Consultants.

At present, the management of the company is mainly engaged in investment banking & satellite TV broadcasting.

The equity shares of the company are presently listed on three Indian Stock Exchanges viz. National Stock Exchange (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE).
