Autoriders International, V-explore India, Shirpur Gold, Autoriders (India), and Enpak Motors are other group companies. The registered office of the company is located at S V Road, Santacruz, Mumbai. The company is listed on the BSE and NSE.

Autoriders Finance's principal activity is that of a shell company. Presently the company has no business activity. Though the management is desirous of evaluating new business opportunities the same could not be considered due to the pending matters with lenders and paucity of funds.
