Avana Electrosystems Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the name and style of ‘Avana Electrosystems Private Limited’ on July 16, 2010. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders in the extra ordinary general meeting held on December 9, 2024, the company has been converted into a public limited company and the name of the company was changed to ‘Avana Electrosystems Limited’ on December 17, 2024.

These panels are used across various sectors and industries to facilitate the transmission and distribution of electrical power such as in solar power plants, wind power farms, other power generation plants, power transmission stations, electricity board substations, power utilities companies etc.
