AVSL Industries is a Delhi based manufacturing and trading organization having its manufacturing plant of Power Cable raw material at Delhi and Halol, Gujarat and also have office at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi for trading. The company was incorporated on August 08, 2003 as a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana in the name of Udhav Fashion Apparels Private Limited. The company was taken over by Sanjay Bansal in the year 2008 from erstwhile promoters and changed its name to AVSL Industries Private Limited.

The company commenced its operations of manufacturing of PVC products in the year 2009 from its Delhi plant and in the year 2015 it also took on lease on more plant for manufacturing of PVC products at Halol, Gujarat. In both of these plants we are manufacturing PVC Compound, HDPE/LDPE Compound, PVC Filler, and HDPE/LDPE Tape etc. These products are raw material for HT/ LT Power Cables, Telecom Cables and PVC Pipes and Fittings. Apart from this, we have also started Export and Import of Agro based commodities such as Rice, Wheat Flour, Pulses, Spices, Food Grains and Dry Fruits in the year 2015 from our office at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi.

Business area of the company

The company manufactures Raw Material for HT/LT Power Cable, Telecom Cables and PVC Pipes and fittings. The company is also in Export Import business of agro commodities. At present, company mainly exports non-basmati rice and wheat flour (maida) to Madagascar. The company also imports clove, clove stems, cow peas, black eyed beans, bamboo beans, moong beans, raw cashew nuts etc from Madagascar from the same two parties to whom we are exporting. The payment for import export is settled through barter system. The company is trying to expand its operations to Vietnam, Ivory Coast, Comoros and Turkey.

2008: Starts manufacturing of Raw Material for Power Cable at C-611.
2009: Purchased plot no. C-612 at DSIDC Industrial Area, Narela, Delhi
2010: Turnover crossed Rs. 14 Crore for the F.Y. 2009-10.
2014: First time company crossed international boundaries by exporting goods to Oman & Kuwait.
2015: Took over a manufacturing plant at Halol, Gujurat from its group company.
2015: Started Export Import business of Agro Commodities
2016: Achieved turnover of Rs. 67 Crores
2016: Registration with NSIC for Government Purchase Enlistment
