B&B Triplewall Containers was originally incorporated as MNM Triplewall Containers Private Limited at Bangalore, Karnataka as a Private Limited Company under the provision of Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated August 23, 2011 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka. Subsequently, the name of the company was changed to B&B Triplewall Containers Private Limited vide special resolution passed by the shareholders of the company in their meeting held on April 03, 2018 and Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore on May 02, 2018. The company was then converted into a public limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members at their meeting held on May 14, 2018 and the name of the company was changed to B&B Triplewall Containers Limited vide a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public company dated June 13, 2018 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Bangalore.

• 1992: Agarwal Family started a semi-automatic set up for manufacturing of corrugated boxes as ‘Kaushik Products’.

• 2022: The company’s share have been successfully migrated from the NSE SME portal to the NSE/BSE main board.
• 2024: Capacity expansion of Unit III from 5000 to 7000.
