BKM Industries (Formerly Manaksia Industries Limited) is one of the five constituents of MANAKSIA GROUP. The company is a multi-division and multi-location conglomerate with Head Quarter in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The company has its own Shipyard where Ships & Barges are being built. The company also has a well equipped design house to undertake design of various kinds of Ships, Offshore structures & other Engineering Services. BKM Industries has manufacturing facilities spread over three states of India, namely West Bengal, Telangana and Dadra & Nagar Haveli for the manufacture of its various products. The Company has planned to expand its existing business of caps and closures to Africa and the neighboring Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and also to explore other business opportunities in India and abroad.
Engineering & Marine division under BKM Industries has established itself as one of the premier provider of detailed design services for the Naval Vessels and other marine vessels/structures. The division also cater to the needs of other engineering services viz, FEM Analysis, BIM/MEP, Reverse Engineering, Scanning - Digitization, 3D Laser Scanning, marine & other software development work.

The company has a subsidiary at Dubai for international trading and marketing operations under the name of Euroasian Ventures FZE. A manufacturing subsidiary named Euroasian Steel LLC is also in operation at Georgia, CIS region for the manufacture of steel long product. BK Manaksia Nigeria limited, Jiwanjyoti Vanijya Pvt. Ltd. and Glitter Agencies Pvt. Ltd. are also the 100% subsidiaries of the company.
