History and milestones

• 1998: BLK built Wild Flower Hall, an Oberoi Hotel project in Kufri, Himachal Pradesh which is 8250 feet above sea level.
• 2002: BLK constructed Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa, Goa, in 2002. This project is the first Park Hyatt in India.
• 2006: The Company entered the Capital Market.
• 2006: IFFCO Sadan Saket, Delhiwas BLK’s First Turnkey Office Building Construction.
• 2007: BLK was among top five construction companies in India for the year 2006 which was listed by Construction World in January 2007.
• 2007: Select City Walk, Saket, Delhi, built by BLK in 2007. It also received the Real Estate Award in 2016, Mall of the Year 2012, 2015 & 2016 - Star Retail Award.
• 2008: BLK was ranked 249 on the Bengaluru Times 500 list of India’s most valuable companies.
• 2008: BLK achieved turnover of more than Rs. 1500 Crores as on 31st March 2008.
• 2009: The Airport Terminal T1 D building in IGI Airport, Delhi was built by BLK in 2009.
• 2011: The Via duct project for DMRC, which was the first major Design-Build, Precast / Pre stressed elevated rail track was built by BLK in 2011.
• 2012: BLK achieved a turnover of more than Rs. 1900 crore as on 31st March 2012.
• 2012: Embassy Tech Village at over 28.36 lakh sqft, is built by BLK on outer ring road, Bengaluru. It was handed over in just 15 months and is the largest Composite Steel Development in India.
• 2013: Hines World Trade Tower, Gurgaon, Haryana - Turnkey office Development was handed over in 18 months (inclusive of all finishing & services). It received the Best Office & Business Development Asia, MIPIM Asia Award in 2013.
• 2013: BLK built a Green Factory for Hero MotoCorp Ltd. In Neemrana, Rajasthan in 1 year with 5.5 MW Solar Panels on Roof, Vegetable Cultivation on Roof as CSR and received Platinum Rating from the Indian Green Building Council.
• 2013: 3 Million sq ft of composite steel and R.C.C structure part of a Design-Build package was completed in one calendar year - the FIRST of its kind in India.
• 2016: Select City Walk, Saket, Delhi, built by BLK was awarded the Retail Mall of the Decade in 2016 by CNBC Awaz.
• 2016: Select City Walk, Saket, Delhi, built by BLK, received the Real Estate Award in 2016 and also revived Mall of the Year 2016 - Star Retail Award.
