It was started by Mr.Gyanchand Gandhi in 1963 as a family business. Currently, the business is being looked after by Lalit Gandhi, Kishore Gandhi and Pankaj Gandhi. They are the proud members of All India Transport Association, Ahmedabad Transport Association and Indian Bank Association.

Milestones:
In 1963 -- The company established the group business of transportation in Rajasthan and after two decades of cementing the foundations, in 1989, the group extended to the state of Gujarat, shifting the headquarters to Ahmedabad.
In 1990 -- Computerization of the first branch in the beginning of 1990 which translated to the group embracing the mantle of the Limited Company as CCL in the year 1995 and became a Public limited company in the subsequent year by getting listed on the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.
With consistent planning and purchasing of vehicles, the company has by the year 2007, a fleet of 177 vehicles and even a reputed Automobile dealership.
