Competent Automobiles (CACL) was incorporated in 1985 as a private limited company and was converted into a public limited company in 1994.CACL is a part of Delhi based Competent Group, promoted by Shri Raj Chopra. The profit making company, since its inception, is engaged in automobile business. Presently, the company has two dealerships of Maruti Udyog - one is for Delhi and other for Himachal Pradesh at Mandi. For Delhi dealership the company has four showrooms and three big workshops.
