In 1969, GEE set up first welding electrode manufacturing plant at Thane, near Mumbai. The company entered into a technical collaboration with Messer Griesheim Gmbh of Frankfurt to accomplish its mission.In a reasonable period of time they made rapid strides in terms of product portfolio expansion, production, sales and support services.
