The company was originally incorporated on December 14, 2010, as “Gala Print City Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 17, 2014 and the name of the company was changed to “Gala Print City Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 31, 2014, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli.
