The company was originally incorporated in New Delhi as Good-Enough Securities Limited on September 09, 1992 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. The name of the company was subsequently changed to Goldline International Finvest Limited vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 10, 1995 issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.

In the year 1996, in order to strengthen the operations of the company, it has come out its maiden initial public offerings of the company of Rs 350 lakh. Through the special resolution of members in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting and special resolution by way of postal ballot in October, 2006, management control of the company from the earlier promoters, has been changed pursuant to Regulation 12 of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 1997.

The company is engaged in the business of investments along with investment advisory services in India and abroad in order to undertake money market operations, treasury managements. It also acts as administration of different investment trust.
