Graviss Hospitality

Graviss Hospitality, previously known as GL Hotels, was incorporated in 1959 and is headed by Ravi Gha. It is a boutique hotel, designed to suit the cultures that persist around Mumbai has an aesthetic ideal grounded with modernity, giving it a high level of opulence and richness. The lobby, the room, the restaurant, the bars all speak of symbolism.

The company is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Delhi Stock Exchange. It has nearly five decades of experience in the hotel business with its pioneering initiative in South Mumbai - the Nataraj Hotel.

The company successfully repositioned in the Food and Beverage in the highly competitive market in South Mumbai. In 1994-95, Graviss diversified its activities by opening up ice-cream stores in Mumbai selling ice-creams branded Baskin Robbins

Graviss Hospitality owns InterContinental Marine Drive which is located at a premium South Mumbai location, with total area measuring 70,000 square feet. The specialties of the 58-room hotel are:

  • Dome – Located on the hotels 11th floor, it is an open air international cuisine rooftop restaurant.
  • Corleone – Corleone is a striking restaurant overlooking the Arabian Sea. The finest cheeses and meats are flown in regularly from Italy and Sicily which are combined with herbs from the hotels own garden to create pastas, risottos, gourmet entrées, hand-tossed pizzas and calzones.
  • Kebab Korner - North Indian dishes made with traditional cooking methods, subtle spices and a dash of contemporary flair. Meats and kebabs are complemented by a delectable selection of vegetarian choices served in a comfortable setting overlooking the bay
  • Czar - Czar has all the elements of a quintessential vodka lounge: shimmering drapes, comfortable seating, live music and a vast selection of international vodkas.
  • Onyx – Sophisticated, modern yet reflecting the tradition of warmth and elegance.
