Groarc Industries India Limited was established in the year 1992 as Telesys Software Pvt. Ltd and subsequently converted into a public limited company in November 1999. The company was originally promoted by S R Kamath and Vatsala R Kamath. The name of the Company was changed from Telesys Software Ltd. to Telesys Info-Infra (I) Ltd with effect from November 5, 2009 and subsequently changed to Groarc Industries India Ltd. The company carries out turnkey projects and on-site -consultancy primarily for the domestic small and medium enterprise segment and the process of developing branch automation softwar (T-Bank), hotel management software (T-OTEL) and hospital management software (T- OSPITAL). It is also developing various e-commerce component.
