Gujarat Narmada Flyash Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on March 15,1993 with main objects as set out in its Memorandum of Association.  It was converted into Public Limited company by passing special resolution at the Extra Ordinary Meeting of the Company held on May1,1993 and consequently obtained fresh certificate of incorporation on November 11, 1993.
