• 1973: GP Petroleums ltd was established in 1973 and launched its product IPOL.
• 1983: GP Petroleums ltd, incorporated in 1983. It also has an inhouse base oil storage facility of 15,000 KL.
• 2004: GP Petroleums ltd, becomes a listed company in2004 & primarily into manufacturing of lubricants & Greases in India.
• 2016: GP Petroleums came into an alliance with Repsol for manufacturing, distribution, sales & marketing its product range in India.
• 2018: GP Petroleums Ltd agreed with Mag Lube LLC in the Middle East to expand IPOL across the world.
