• 1991: Incorporated as Hitech Corporation, it begins its journey as a rigid plastic packaging manufacturer with the aim of delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable packaging solutions.
• 1992: It laid the foundation of its manufacturing presence with its first facility at Sanaswadi.
• 1993: IPO of the company on the Bombay Stock Exchange
• 1994: It became pioneers in introducing Dry Offset Printing for plastic containers in India.
• 2001: Acquired 51% stake in Multitech Plast Containers Ltd.
• 2003: Acquired shares in Clear Plastics Group of Companies, specialists in Blow Moulding Technology.
• 2005: Merged Multitech Plast Containers Ltd with Hitech Corporation.
• 2006: Acquired shares in Mipak Polymers Ltd, known for its expertise in Injection Stretch Blow Moulding Technology.
• 2007: Listed on the National Stock Exchange.
• 2010: Its Rohtak unit commenced commercial production.
• 2013: Commissioned a new manufacturing unit in Khandala, Maharashtra.
• 2015: Merged Clear Mipak Polymer Solutions Ltd with the company
• 2016: Established a not-for-profit foundation, ‘Sab Ka Mangal Ho’, dedicated to promoting wellness through healthcare drives, natural resource management projects, yoga and value-based education at orphanages, all aimed at creating a better world for people and the planet.
• 2018: Commissioned a new facility in Mysuru.
• 2019: Another milestone with a new manufacturing unit in Vizag.
• 2020: Introduced pad printing technology to enhance the quality of print and labelling in packaging.
• 2021: Upgraded its capabilities in multi-cavity moulds to accelerate production cycles, and further advanced its mould development for caps and closures.
• 2022: Began in-house design and validation of drums/ containers for personal care and cosmetic segments at its Technology Centre.
• 2023: Integrated solar energy across its plants, reinforcing its commitment to green energy and sustainable practices.
• 2024: Commissioned a new facility in Dahej, Gujarat for the manufacture of large drums. It was also recognised as Certified Green Channel Partners by select customers.
• 2025: Acquired Thriarr Polymers Pvt Ltd., specialising in manufacturing of thermosets and thermoplastics. Also incorporated Hitech Global Inc in US, an extended arm for global marketing.
