H S India, formerly known as Hotel Silver Plaza, was incorporated as a private limited company in 1989. The company belongs to the Bansal group of companies, which is part of the Karishma group. The company set up a three star hotel named Hotel Lords Inn International, having 106 rooms at Surat. H S India entered into a marketing franchise agreement of its hotel with Sarovar Park Plaza.
