It is engaged in mining, steel, power, and value added steel products, catering to a vast and quality-focused customer base. The Group has steel manufacturing facilities in Orissa and Jharkhand. Besides, it has a chain of value-added products including carbon and alloy steel billets, auto-grade steel rolled products, rounds and flats, TMT bars and wire rods, sponge iron, pig iron, Ferro alloys products including Ferro manganese, Silico manganese, Ferro silicon and stainless steel products. In the mining sector, it has iron ore and manganese ore mines in Jharkhand and Odisha, respectively. The Group has mining resources including iron ore, coal, manganese ore and lime stone which are the key inputs of production. The Group has a Pellet and Beneficiation plant in Jharkhand to utilize the low grade iron ore fines and convert them into value added product Pellet.

Adhunik Corporation: It is one of the group company of Adhunik Group and has set up a mini Integrated Steel Plant for manufacturing of Sponge Iron through DRI route and Alloy Steel Billets of all grade in Angadpur, Durgapur. The Company has set up 2 DRI plants and Induction furnaces with ladle furnace and continuous casting machine. The Company is an ISO- 9001:2008, 14001:2004 & 18001:2007 company.
Adhunik Alloys & Power: It is a part of the Adhunik Group, located at Kandra in Jharkhand, is an integrated steel plant based on Sponge Iron Technology. The steel plant is based on green technology, where waste heat recovery of DRI and washery rejects are used to generate green power. The plant has its own Railway siding. The Company has also been allotted the North Dhandu Coal block in Latehar district, Jharkhand. Allotment of iron ore mines is in an advanced stage of necessary approvals and development. These resources are to be used on a captive basis for the production of steel.. With captive co-generation of power, private railway siding and captive iron ore and coal mining rights, the current expansion project shall assist in achieving low production cost, thereby allowing to withstand fluctuation in sales prices in future due to cyclic nature of steel industry.

Adhunik Power & Natural Resources: Inaugurated its first unit of 2 x270 MW coal fired thermal power plant on 16th October 2012 at Padampur village of Saraikela-Kharsawan district of Jharkhand. The Company signed an MoU for 1080 MW with Government of Jharkhand.

- HB Wire: The Company is producing H. B. Wire rod products by further processing of wire rods. Typical end-users of these products are tools and tackles industry and auto industry.
- Wire rod: The Company is producing wire rods products also. Typical end-users of these products are real estate developers, construction units, forging units, wire drawing units and engineering industries.
- Tmt bars: High Strength TMT has replaced the conventional steel bar due to its high strength, less consumption per cuM3 of RCC and therefore economical. Adhunik TMT is produced under stringent quality control and it is the best for use under most severe conditions and major constructions like bridges, flyovers, high-rise buildings and even in areas of high humidity, cyclone prone areas, seismic prone areas, etc. due to its high corrosion and seismic resistant and high strength properties.
