Indsoya registered with Registerar of Companies, Mumbai in the state Maharashtra under Ministry of Corporate Affairs and incorporated as ‘Khedapati Investments Limited’ as on October 24, 1980. It got its Certificate for Commence of Business on November 25, 1980. Subsequently Promoters of the company decided to change the name of the company to’ ‘Indsoya Limited’ which was approved by the Registrar on June 1, 2005. The Company is listed with Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and Delhi Stock Exchange. 

Indsoya Limited incorporated for business of extracting oil by crushing, by chemical or by any other process from soya bean, copra, mustard or rape seed, till seed, cotton seed, linseed, castor-seed, groundnuts or any other nut or seed or other oil bearing seed or substance and in the business of manufacturers and dealers of all kinds of oils, oil seeds and oil-products and the cultivation of oil seeds.
