Integra Engineering India, earlier known as Schlafhorst Engineering (India) (SCHEI) was incorporated as Padmatex Engineering Private Limited in the State of Maharashtra on June 3, 1981. Pursuant to provisions of Section 23 of the Companies Act, 1956 and the special resolution passed by the company at its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on 29th March, 1982 the company was converted into public limited company and fresh certificate of change of name was received on June 3, 1982.
