Interface Financial Services, an Interface financial group company, was incorporated on January 1, 1992 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 as Interface financial Services Pvt. Ltd. The company was converted into a public limited company vide Resolution dated September 26, 1994 and a fresh Certificate of change of name was obtained on October 26, 1994 from Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad. The company has been jointly promoted by Interface Capital Market Pvt. Ltd. Gaurang H Dalal,  Himal K Parikh and Choksi Financial and Leasing Pvt. Ltd., belonging to the Choksi family, the promoters of Choksi Tuba Co Ltd.

The Interface Financial Group enjoyed almost immediate success after its inception in 1971 and began offering franchises in 1991 to meet the growing demand for Interface's unique invoice discounting system. Interface now has over 150 franchised offices throughout the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.The international headquarters of the group are located in Markham, Ontario, and its United States headquarters are located in Irvine, California and Bethesda, Maryland.

Interface Financial Services has an agreement with Interface Capital Markets Pvt. Ltd. (ICML), the flagship company of Interface Group of Companies. Interface is also a world class franchise as classified by the Franchise Research Institute.

The company has a subsidiary called Interface Brokerage & Research Pvt. Ltd.

The company is engaged in underwriting issues and placement of issues. It is also involved in leasing and hire purchase operations with the assistance of institutions, banks and NBFCs.
