The company was originally incorporated at Delhi as “Jalan Carriers Private Limited” on April 07, 2003 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently the constitution of the company was changed to a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to “Jalan Transolutions (India) Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 30, 2008 issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.
