Jindal Hotels runs a three star hotel, Hotel Surya Palace, at Baroda. The company was incorporated on May 4, 1984 as a private limited company. Pursuant to the resolution passed at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of members held on December 5, 1985, it was converted into a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation deleting the word private was obtained on January 24, 1986 from Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
