The company is now a part of Kirloskar group.The manufacturing units of the company are located in Pune, Saswad and Kondhapuri in the state of Maharashtra and Faridabad in the state of Haryana.With effect from April 1, 2001, KPCL got merged into KG Khosla Compressors (an associate company).
