Kisan Mouldings Limited (KML), a Kisan Group company was originally incorporated on November 20, 1989 as a private limited company under the name and style of Sanwaria Synthetics Private Limited. Subsequently the company was converted into Public Limited Company by passing special resolution dated July 20, 1993. The name of the company was changed to Kisan Mouldings Limited on November 24, 1993 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent on change of name was obtained.

Kisan Group since its inception in 1982 has grown into a multi-location company from single unit, single product company. Today the company is manufacturing a wide range of semi-urban products like PVC Pipes & Fittings, SWR Pipes & Fittings (Soil-Waste & rainwater), Blue Threaded Pipes & Fittings for Plumbing & Sanitary applications, PVC Casing Pipes, Submersible rising main Pipes & ABS/PP Moulded Flushing Cisterns under the brand 'KisaN'.

Recently the group has diversified into the manufacturing of Plastic Molded Furnitures, Household wares & Custom Moulding articles & has launched the moulded furniture in the Indian market under the brand 'crest'. The present range includes Moulded Chairs, Stools etc. with further range of lifestyle products to be added to it in the future.

The manufacturing units of the group are located at Roha & Tarapur in Maharashtra, Pithampur in M.P. & Silvassa (U.T.) & the company has branch offices in Indore, Jaipur, Bungalore, Ahemadabad, Delhi & Calcutta with Head Office in Mumbai.

Excellent & wide dealer network throughout the country gives another edge to the company to deal with logistics issues. The KisaN brand enjoys enviable reputation in the market having over 1600 dealers spread through out the country. Over 30% of the dealers from the network are exclusive to it.

KML is mainly into manufacturing of PVC O’ring (SWR Pipes) and Fittings, Moulded Furniture, Solvent chemicals and Rubber lubricant. The company has set up the manufacturing facility for PVC pipes/fittings at Tarapur in Maharshtra and ventured into moulded furniture business by acquiring closely held company having manufacturing facility in Silvassa in CY 2005. The company has also an agreement (which is due for renewal in April 2009) with Symphony Comfort Systems Ltd (Symphony) for complete manufacturing of air coolers as per the design engineering of Symphony. KML’s present capacity of Pipes & fittings is 14350 MTPA and of Moulded furniture is 9880 MTPA.

  • Kisan has standardized product in line with Bureau of Indian Standards that controls the quality as per the standards which are prepared in line with ISO.
  • Kisan is adopting the different standards for different varieties of products. BIS & other institutions have granted licenses accordingly.
  • The company is approved by DOT for RIGID PIPE as CABLE DUCT.
  • The company is registered with D.G.S. & D for PVC Pipes as per IS-4985
  • The company is approved by Mumbai Municipal Corporation for SWR Pipes & Fittings for installation in high rise buildings & upcoming projects.
