In 2012 the company has changed its name from Gupta Carpets International Ltd. to Axis Rail India Ltd. The company is engaged in the export of handmade/knotted and tufted carpets, druggets, readymade garments / hosiery and bath rugs. It also deals in wool, yarn and carpets in the domestic markets.
