Established in November 2002, K Sera Sera Productions Ltd, a major player in the production and distribution of films in India, having produced & presented more than 20 films in-house & distributed more than 120 films. It is a content production house that brings together a unique combination of film financing, production & distribution. The company is listed on the NSE, BSE & Luxemburg Stock Exchange. In 2012 Company has changed its name from K Sera Sera Ltd. to KSS Ltd.

The film factory has many hit movies to its credit like Ek Hasina Thi, Darna Mana Hai, Darna Zaroori Hai, Gayab, Sarkarraj, James, I See You, Vastushastra, My wife’s Murder, Nanhe Jaisalmer, D, Ab Tak Chhappan Sarkar, Partner & Golmaal.

In the year 2008, with new professional and dynamic director’s headed by Sanjay B. Lai and Hussain Shattaf are spearheading the growth of K Sera Sera, ably supported by a team of young, professional and dynamic managers.

The new dynamic management of the company has chalked out a growth plan for year 2009 in a substantially big way. Five films namely Chal Chala Chal, Kisse Pyaar Karoon, 'Ek' The Power of One, Tara Sitaara and Kabootar are ready and scheduled to be released from February 2009 to June 2009. The company has planned to produce ten more films and production for the same will start rolling from early 2009 and the production budget for the same is earmarked at around Rs. 85 crores.

K Sera Sera has tied up with various associates like G V films, Sidhesh films, Kadmos Entertainment, M. Ratnam to jointly co-produce films under the K Sera Sera banner. The company has also signed directors like Raj Kumar Santoshi, David Dhavan, Roomi Jafari, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Anubhav Sinha, Yusuf Khan & Anees Bazmi.The K Sera Sera juggernaut is rolling at a fast pace and in the film industry K Sera Sera is synonymous and known as a FILM FACTORY.
