KSR Footwear was incorporated on August 22, 2023 and registered office of the company is located in Kolkata. The company, initially set up as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Khadim India, was formed for the specific purpose of facilitating the demerger of Khadim’s distribution business. This process was carried out through a Scheme of Arrangement involving Khadim India and KSR Footwear along with their respective shareholders and creditors. As of May 1, 2025, the Scheme became effective, ensuring that all specified assets and liabilities related to the distribution unit of Khadim India were officially transferred to KSR Footwear from April 1, 2025.
Under the strong leadership of Rittick Roy Burman, the Managing Director, KSR Footwear is set to carry forward the Khadim legacy in manufacturing and distributing a diverse range of footwear products under the ‘Khadim’ brand and its sub-brands, including Kalypso, Fitnxt, Fliers, Dunford, Wash n Wear, Pugo, and Schooldays, aiming to serve a broad customer base throughout India.
