Lawreshwar Polymers (LPL) was originally incorporated as Lawreshwar Polymers Private Limited on March 31, 1994 with Registrar of Companies,Rajasthan and was subsequently converted into Public Limited Company with effect from May 27, 1996 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to Lawreshwar Polymers Limited. The Company is promoted by Raj Kumar Agarwal along with Mohan Lal Agarwal and Naresh Agarwal.
