Its Project Engineering Division (PED) is engaged in the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of tonnage air separation units (ASUs), as well as projects involving the establishment of nitrogen plants, pressure swing adsorption (PSA) plants, and gas distribution systems. PED also manufactures cryogenic vessels for both in-house use and sale to third-party customers.

The Kalinganagar ASUS involved an investment of around EUR 80 million. The first of the two ASUS was commissioned on February 28, 2016 with the second unit coming online on March 31, 2016.

The company has launched light weight aluminium cylinders for medical oxygen in the markets in India.
2018
The company launched Linde’s patented LIV cylinders for medical oxygen in select cities, which is getting very good response in the markets.
2019
Signed Business Transfer Agreement for divestment of South Region Divestment Business.
2020
Received an approval from the Board to enter into a joint venture (JV) with Praxair India, with both Linde India and Praxair India holding 50% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of the Joint Venture Company which will provide O&M Services to both companies.
2021
Signed a business transfer agreement with HPS Gases to takeover the entire packaged gases vertical along with certain distribution assets for an aggregate cash consideration of Rs 27.5 crore.
Signed and executed the closing documents and agreements with HPS Gases for completing the acquisition of the packaged gases business of HPS Gases, Vadodara.
2022
Acquired 11,375,000 (26%) equity shares of Rs 10 each in Avaada Mhyavat. The company has invested a sum of Rs 11.40 crore in Avaada Mhyavat.
Inaugurated first-ever women operated Packaged Gas Plant (PGP) in Trichy on July 6, 2022.
Signed a long-term agreement with Jindal Stainless (JSL) for setting up of a 1,450 tonnes per day new Air Separation Unit (ASU) to meet industrial gases requirement for JSL's expansion project at Kalinganagar in Odisha.

Inaugurated the mechanical construction work at its new, upcoming Air Separation unit (ASU) at Ludhiana, Punjab.

Entered into long term contract with Asian Paints (Polymers) for supply of Industrial Gases through pipeline at its upcoming manufacturing facility at Dahej, Gujarat, for manufacturing of Vinyl Acetate Monomer and Vinyl Acetate Ethylene Emulsion.

Started commercial production at its new Air Separation Unit (ASU) at Jindal Stainless (JSL) at Kalinganagar, Odisha.
