LKP Financing originally incorporated as Elkaypee Merchant Financing was promoted by L K Panday and Mahendra V Doshi in 1984 and the certificate of change of name to LKP Merchant Financing was obtained on February 13,1986. The company’s two wholly-owned subsidiaries LKP Forex and LKP Securities performed commendably during the year. The complete money changing business of the company has been transferred to LKP Forex - the wholly-owned subsidiary company.
