Shree Global Tradefin was incorporated in the year 1986. The registered office is located at Devji Ratansey Marg, Mumbai.

In April 2009, the Company announced the sale of its entire interest in Revive Buildzone and Dealers. Consequent to which Revive Build zone and Dealers ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company.
