The Company was originally promoted and incorporated as public limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 under the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Sri Nagar. The Registered office of the Company is shifted from Jammu and Kashmir to Uttar Pradesh on November 10, 1993. At Present the Registered Office of the Company is situated at Upper Kesalton, Tallital, Nainital-263 001, Uttarakhand.
The Company commenced commercial operations in June 1991 by venturing into Seed Marketing of Bulk Drugs and Formalities. However, the operations of the company came to a standstill for more than 15 years due to taking over of the factory building and other assets of the company in Dehradun by UP State Financial Corporation. Though, the Board of the Company is in the process of evaluating alternative business opportunities which the company may choose to enter into the future.
