Motherson Sumi Wiring India (MSWIL) is a leading full-system solutions provider to automotive OEMs in India's wiring harness segment. MSWIL was established following the demerger of the wiring harness business in India from its parent company, Samvardhana Motherson International (SAMIL). It operates as a joint venture between SAMIL and Sumitomo Wiring Systems (SWS), a global leader in wiring harnesses, harness components, and other electric wires. The company is a part of Motherson Group.
MSWIL supports a diverse range of vehicle segments, including passenger vehicles (PVs), commercial vehicles (CVs), two-wheelers (2Ws), off-road, and agricultural machinery. Its offerings span both low and high-voltage harnesses for internal combustion engines (ICE), electric vehicles (EV), hybrid, and compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles.
