The company's registered corporate headquarter is located in Mumbai and two manufacturing/servicing facilities strategically located at Umargam and Housur. The company came with preferential issue of Rs 19 crore in 2006 at a premium of Rs 62 to and a preferential issue of Rs 7 crore in 2007 at a premium of Rs 29 to augment working capital.
