Naisargik Agritech (India), incorporated in 1994, was set up to implement a 100% export-oriented unit for cultivation and export of cut flowers under green house technology. The registered office is located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The company had entered into a technical and marketing arrangement with HATT, Netherlands, for technology transfer, farm management and marketing.

No further progress has been reported, and the company was suspended on October 29, 2009 from the BSE on account of noncompliance with listing agreement clauses.
