Naman In-Store (India) was originally incorporated and registered as a private limited company under Companies Act, 1956 in the name and style of ‘Naman In-Store (India) Private Limited’ vide certificate of incorporation dated July 23, 2010 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Thereafter, the company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by its members at the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2023 and consequently the name of the company was changed to ‘Naman In-Store (India) Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai dated October 25, 2023.
