Swiss Military Consumer Goods was taken over by the present promoters in September, 2020 as “Network Limited” which was incorporated as on January 25 1989. The name of the company was changed to its present name “Swiss Military Consumer Goods Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi on December 03, 2020.
