Neueon Towers was originally incorporated under the name of Sujana Towers on April 6, 2006 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The company was incorporated for the purpose of demerger of Towers Division of Sujana Metal Products Limited situated in Bollaram, Medak District, Andhra Pradesh. The demerger was completed through a Scheme of Arrangement pursuant to the provisions of Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 and Clause 24(f) of the Listing Agreement entered into with the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited. The name change of the company was changed from “Sujana Towers Limited” to “Neueon Towers Limited” with effect from October 04, 2016.

The company is primarily engaged in the business of Iron & Steel products, more specifically Transmission/ Telecom Towers and TSF products. Geographically, all the manufacturing facilities of the company are situated within India, while its marketing operations spread over many countries.
