Thereafter, the company was converted to a public limited company and the name of the company was changed to ‘Om Freight Forwarders Limited’ vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the company held on April 30, 2024, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 25, 2024 was issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies/ Deputy Registrar of Companies/ Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
