Omnitech is headquartered in Mumbai, with branches in Bangalore and Delhi, and more than 200 service delivery locations across India. The company runs a software laboratory at Mahape (Navi Mumbai) and Andheri (Mumbai), a Test Lab at Andheri (Mumbai) and another at Pune.

Omnitech House, the company’s technology centre, is an independent 15000 sq. ft. facility at Andheri housing a Network Operations Center (NOC), a Demo & Proof Of Concept (POC) Center, and separate software development and test laboratories.

Recently, Omnitech launched “OmniCenter” - the first Disaster Recovery Center of its kind in the country. It is an independent building comprising 20,000 sq. ft., of work space and a gigabit network exceeding 323 wi-fi enabled workstations. The facility has dedicated lines for Internet connectivity, VPN, and IPLC for international data transfer, and will also be equipped with all the facilities that an enterprise might need should a disaster totally cripple it: conference rooms, canteen, resting areas, state-of-the-art infrastructure, a data vault, UPS backup, generator, an independent transformer, etc. The centre will be guarded around the clock and kept under constant bio-metric video surveillance.

With its research team and technology partnership it came up with its unique delivery models, SaaS and BOT, APDIMA model. These innovations have helped it to reduce the delivery costs keeping the quality intact and hence increase customer benefits.
